how come when I put it on it comes off kinda of quick and messes up?Is revlon colorstay a good eyeliner?
I'm not sure about hte eyeliner, but i know revlon colorstay got the best brands.Is revlon colorstay a good eyeliner?
Revlon ColorStay is a good eyeliner. I do not know why when you put it on, it comes off kind of quick and messes up because it works perfectly for me.
It doesn't stay on me all day, either. It smudges within 15 minutes, like every other eyeliner.
